The November 11 settlement turns Contribution into Gyldenblod Leaves, the currency you’ll use in the Fateweaver Shop. If you’ve been weighing what to do with Mistfall Hunter Gyldenblood Money and a warehouse full of gear, don’t assume that keeping every last item will give you the best start. Leaves use tiered conversion rates, with diminishing returns at higher levels of Contribution. The exact thresholds and rates are shown in the game, so check the settlement page before making a big decision. What matters is how much useful play you give up to hold onto a stash, not just the number sitting in storage.

Read the brackets before clearing storage

The higher your Contribution climbs, the less efficiently additional value converts into Leaves. That doesn’t mean spending items automatically earns you more Leaves. It means the extra Leaves from keeping them might be worth less than the maps, catches, or upgrades you could enjoy before settlement. Open the in-game page dated October 22 and look at the thresholds for your account. Then estimate where you’ll land after any planned spending. Inventory and warehouse contents count, as do Gyldenblod, Echoes of Fate, Soul Cocoons, Combat Bags, Soulcatch Nets, camp building levels, and unused Rare Pouch Vouchers. Take a screenshot of your main totals before the reset. It won’t prove every part of the calculation, but it gives you something to compare with the Leaves that arrive.

Make the last few days count

There’s a practical middle ground here. Use the gear you’ve been saving for a good run, then check your projected bracket again before committing more materials.

        Decide what stays useful

Camp buildings contribute according to level, so finishing a Workshop level may be worthwhile if you already have suitable materials. Check the settlement details first, especially when a rare material could be counted elsewhere. The same caution applies to the Soulcatch Tree: if a material won’t fit the new tree, think twice before putting it into an upgrade that’s about to lose its purpose. Moonlight Nectar is different. It survives the reset, so don’t treat it as ordinary Contribution material. Rare Pouch Vouchers also convert if left unused. Opening a pouch beforehand could be useful if its possible rewards include currencies or cosmetics you want to retain, but read the reward details before using a voucher. A pouch isn’t automatically the better choice.

        Put practical purchases first

The shop has a mix of supplies, collectibles, and keepsakes. Your first purchase should match the way you actually play, not just the item that looks rarest on the screen. Here’s the basic tradeoff.

        Shop item Main use
Combat Bags and Rare Pouches Support the extraction loop
Holy Soulcatch Nets Restock catching tools
Selection Chest Choose a missing collectible
Season 1 commemoratives Keep a unique memento

        Check your supplies

        1. Buy Combat Bags and nets first if your opening maps need them.

        Check your collection

        1. Read the Selection Chest tooltip before choosing a missing piece.

        Leave room for a keepsake

The Gyldjar Mistchaser’s Messenger Bug Jar and Proof of the Soul Hunt medal are the two Season 1 commemoratives to watch. If you want them, check their costs after setting aside Leaves for your first few sessions. Higher drop rates in Season 2 should help with supplies, but they won’t put a Combat Bag in your inventory when you need one tonight. Also check whether each keepsake is account-wide or tied to a character before purchasing. If you’re planning to buy Mistfall Hunter Gyldenblood, keep that decision separate from your Leaf budget: the shop plan still depends on your settlement result and the tools you need. Jot down each purchase and revisit the shop after the first weekend, when your actual shortages are easier to see.
