My Uni House is a student housing information website and student community and engagement hub {"the website" and "the Abode" or "Abode Community"} that publishes bi-weekly housing guides, providing students with reliable information on renting in England, and a community of like-minded students to enagage with.
My Uni House is committed to keeping the website and all of its current services, such as The Abode, up to date and accurate. This disclaimer will explain our liabilities, as well as our processes used to ensure that the housing information we publish and subsequently modify, is accurate to the standard that you would expect. You will also find information in this document on how you can submit a request for incorrect or out of date information.

My Uni House publishes housing guides that are intended to be used as legal information, for its student community and wider audience. The legal information on the website is free to view and print. While the most care has been taken to write, research and check the accuracy of the housing guides, the law often changes and as such, there may be a delay in refreshing information. My Uni House publishes an 'updated' or 'modified' date next to each of our housing gudies so that you can see when a particular guide has been recently edited.
3. General Content
Our audience should also take into consideration that not all of the content published on the website belongs to My uni House. Some content that is published on the website, such as content published by other users, may be opinion peices or used for entertainment purposes. It is for you, individually, to decide what is legal information and what is general content. Our audience should also note that not all content is legal information. My Uni House strives to mark each peice of legal information that we do publish.

This means that you can expect a response from us within a period of 1 month at the latest. In the case of complex requests, we will let you know within 1 month if we need a maximum of 3 months.
